It had been a long time since I had been fishing. I grew up fishing with my family, but hadn't been since my father passed. So over twenty years later, I had an opportunity to fish that I couldn't say no too. I was pretty nervous. Would I still remember how to do it? Would I make a fool of myself? Would I be treated differently because I was a beginner again and a woman? Captain Chris was amazing! He immediately put me at ease, never judging and always willing to help. He is a great teacher, very kind, and very patient. If you're new to fishing, a "little" rusty, or even a kid, I would highly recommend Captain Chris. As a woman and a mom, I would totally feel comfortable fishing with him again and bringing the kids. Thanks, Captain Chris!
