I am new to RVing – very excited to be getting into it. Gave Roberts Knoll a call to inquire about seasonal campsites, got ahold of Kirk or Kurt. Instead of kindly just letting me know they were sold out for the season, he decided to be sarcastic and condescending, sending me on a fishing expedition to the website to inform me they were sold out. I hung up. Kirk or Kurt then decided it was appropriate to call me back, ask if I was a real person, and question my education level because he’s wondering if I can read?! God forbid you call their phone number to ask a real person for some information – maybe I would have liked to know more about the grounds as a whole for future year seasons, to be more on top of timing. Unbelievably rude for no reason. Absolutely appalled.
